The following are the basic steps in the project process with AquaMaureen Creative.
- The phone call or email
This is the initial inquiry. A quick conversation where you tell me about your business and what you are interested in. I'll ask a few questions and take a few notes.
- The research
Before writing a project plan, I will do some research. I'll read about your industry, visit competitor's sites, search for available domain names if needed, and make a list of any followup questions I have.
- The Project Plan
Following the research, I will write a tentative project plan along with any followup questions. This plan will include a timeline, cost, steps and suggestions.
- Revisions to project plan
If needed, the plan will be revised to suit your needs.
- The deposit
Once a plan has been finalized, a deposit of up to 50% of the estimated total cost is required to start the project. Any print costs must be paid in full prior to ordering.
- The fun part
Once work begins on your project, you will receive proofs of work in progress for your approval or revision. We will work closely with you to bring your project to life.
- Final payment
Final payment is due upon completion of your project.
